I moved zsr.dll (under c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers) out of that directory, and forced the 1022n to use the 6L driver. We encounter problems all the time, and that is but normal, what matters is that there are ways to trouble shoot the problem.Stephaniehttp://www.safecardid.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5976686513564131325.post-44609842061093552472010-02-18T12:02:37.388-07:002010-02-18T12:02:37.388-07:00We too have had bad luck with that printer driver....We too have had bad luck with that printer driver. We had a lot of problems with HP LJ 10xx printers on XP machines. This was due to a conflict between the crappy printer driver and adobe acrobat. We spent many an hour scratching out head. The issue was resolved by either not using the printer or not using Adobe. Using Foxit reader solved the issue instantly. we tried lots of fixes before getting to this conclusion. your issue sounds similar.PaulGnoreply@blogger.com
