BCDEdit Batch File To Reset BCD Prior to SP Vista Image

The blog post: First Successful Windows Vista ShadowProtect Restore! No Winload.exe Error!

In order to get Windows Vista to successfully restore from any imaging based backup solution, the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) needs to be reset to a generic setting before creating the image or the OS will not restore properly.

Here are the BCDEdit commands put into a batch file:

The batch file should be on every Technician’s Thumb Drive!
