In my experience, cisco QuickVPN is a nightmare that barely works. I got mine working for about a day but then required constant troubleshooting. I opted out of QuickVPN and set up the PPTP Purevpn server on the firewall router and was able to connect easily with Windows' built in VPN. This was for an RV042 and only allowed for 5 usernames to VPN with, not sure on the limit of the RV180, but I would definitely give it a shot.
