Ever see what a 3D printer can do for prototyping?

We are doing a bit of research on 3D scanning and reproduction.

This is some pretty neat stuff:

The above video gives us a pretty good idea of where the technology has gone since the last time we were researching solid printing on behalf of a client.

Essentially, anyone looking to develop a product prototype with the need to conceptualize the finished form of that product, this technology is a perfect fit.
