SBS 2008 Software Assurance Fulfillment - Answered and CAL Downgrades

An e-mail had been forwarded to Satish Kanwar, our SBSC contact here in Canada, a while back about our Software Assurance fulfillment difficulties.

He forwarded on some links:

Right near the bottom is the question about Software Assurance entitlement. That answer contains a link: Campaign Contact Information.

Note that there are international numbers listed too.

The above contact information has a phone number for us to call to obtain the necessary Software Assurance fulfillment!

There is also a phone number for obtaining CAL keys for SBS 2003 if SBS 2008 CALs were purchased and needed to be downgraded.

So, the next step tomorrow will be to phone and find out what's next! :)
