Folks, if you are signed up with the Microsoft OEM Partner Program, you have access to the DVD image containing both individual Windows Vista x86 and x64 Service Packs.
The download file comes down as a .IMG, but can be renamed to .ISO and burned to DVD. One can also virtually mount the ISO to extract the individual service pack files.
We now have a number of avenues for obtaining the Service Pack as far as we can tell. It would be a good idea to find one and get the Service Pack and test it.
