There is a new version of the ISA Client Firewall that has been released today:
Please make sure to update your technician thumb drives and SBS Premium installations with the new file. This will be especially important for new Vista installs on SBS infrastructure that has or will be RipCurled (previous blog post).

This isn't a new version. It's exactly the same (i.e. the MD5 and SHA1 checksums are the same) as the version released in December 2006.
This would have to be my biggest gripe about the files put up on the Microsoft Download servers - a lack of MD5 or SHA1 checksums. If they were published, then it would be very easy to check if a new version was actually put up, rather than a new upload of an old version.
I do believe that you are right. Then, it would have been very simple to verify the version.
It would have been silly to have downloaded the update or any update, and then realize that the downloaded version is the same.
Indeed, that would have been a waste of time.
